| HOW MUCH DOES STUDYING IN UGD COST? |
From 2007 to 2009, around 10.000 students have recognized their future at the “Goce Delcev” University. This number shows that the University meets the students’ needs, and among other things the economic factor is one of the crucial points. The fact that studying in UGD faculties for one academic year will cost full – time students 20 euros a month, speaks a lot about the University and that it adapts to the students’ needs – inexpensive studying. Around 1.200 denars or 20 euros a month should put aside each full-time student, and this includes the fee, that amounts 200 euros in denar countervalue and it can be payed in two installments. The rest of the finances are those that the student puts aside for: (1) registering of semester and registering an attended semester, (2) paperwork, (3) studying guidebook, (4) student activities and (5) enrollment sheets. These prices regard the full-time students of: Faculty of Law, Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Philology, Faculty of Music, Faculty of Tourism and Business Logistics, Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology and Higher Medical School, while the expenses of technical faculties are even lower, practically symbolical. Therefore, the full-time students of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Faculty of Technology are free from charge of fees. They put aside 9 euros for their studying, while the finances are even lower in the second year of studying and amount only 7 euros or around 430 denars a month. Annually, each student spends around 15.000 denars (250 euros) for his education. On the technical faculties the full-time student puts aside 6.670 denars (108 euros) annually. But in the second year of studies these expenses are already lower, considering that the student already has Student ID card and Electronic card. |
